Mary Kelly-Quinn is currently Lecturer in Zoology on the academic staff of University College Dublin. A former Young Scientist of the year on graduation in 1980, Mary obtained her PhD degree in 1986 and undertook postdoctoral fellowship research in Trinity College Dublin before returning to UCD as Newman Scholar in 1989.
